Absolutely! We take great pride in our product and manufacturing partners. The RoboBed was designed and built to last. We offer:
- 5 year guarantee on bed frame and non mechanical parts
- 3 year warranty on motor driven systems. All mechanical issues will be repaired or replaced.
If you are involved with DME procurement for a nursing home, acute care facility, or hospital, we can both customize certain aesthetic elements to work with your decor as well as offer container load pricing and financing options to work with your budget and fiscal planning.
The ingenious design makes assembling a RoboBed simple. Once assembled, the RoboBed is 42" H x 38" W x 94" L and takes a stardard 76" hospital mattress.
Connecting the bed frame to the head and foot board may require 2 people given the weight, but once connected all you need are the included hex keys and screws to complete the assembly process. The motors, robotic arms, and aesthetics all fit together easily and all wires are color coded to make assembly quick and easy. Of course, we provide directions and video support as well to guide you through the process.
